Pre-Order Policy

This Pre-Order Policy applies to all products identified as “Pre-Order” on Sakura Vault.

By purchasing a pre-order product, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.

1. What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before its official release date or before it becomes available in our inventory.

Pre-order products are clearly identified on their respective product pages.

2. Payment

Pre-orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.

Payment confirms your order but does not guarantee the final release date or supplier allocation.

3. Release Dates

Any release or availability date displayed on our website is an estimate based on information provided by manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers.

Release dates may be changed or delayed without prior notice by the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier. Sakura Vault cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control.

We will ship your order as soon as the products have been received and are ready for dispatch.

4. Product Allocations

Certain products, particularly Trading Card Game products, may be subject to supplier or distributor allocations.

This means that Sakura Vault may receive fewer units than originally ordered, even after pre-orders have been accepted.

If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order due to an allocation, cancellation by the supplier, or other supply issue, we will contact you and provide a full refund for the affected products.

Where only part of the requested quantity can be supplied, we may offer partial fulfilment and refund the unavailable quantity.

5. Mixed Orders

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the entire order will normally be shipped together once all products are available.

If you would like the available products to be shipped separately, please contact us. Additional shipping charges may apply.

If an order contains multiple pre-order products with different release dates, the order will normally be shipped once all products are available.

6. Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled only if the order has not yet been confirmed or committed with our supplier.

Once Sakura Vault has confirmed, reserved, or paid for the products with the supplier or distributor, cancellation is not guaranteed.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@sakuravault.ch.

This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

7. Price Protection

The price paid when placing your pre-order is the price you will pay for the product.

If the market price or our selling price increases after your order has been placed, you will not be charged the difference.

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, subsequent price reductions do not automatically entitle existing pre-orders to a partial refund.

8. Quantity Limits

Sakura Vault may impose quantity limits on certain pre-order products, particularly products with limited availability or supplier allocations.

We reserve the right to reduce or cancel quantities where necessary to comply with supplier allocations, prevent abuse, or ensure fair distribution among customers.

Any amount paid for units that cannot be supplied will be refunded.

9. Shipping

Pre-order products will be shipped according to the shipping method selected during checkout once they become available.

Estimated release dates do not represent guaranteed delivery dates.

Transit times begin only once the order has been dispatched.

10. Address Changes

If your shipping address changes before your pre-order is dispatched, please contact us at support@sakuravault.ch as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the shipping process.

11. Supplier or Manufacturer Changes

Product specifications, packaging, contents, artwork, release dates, and other details may be changed by the manufacturer or supplier before release.

Images shown for unreleased products may be preliminary and are provided for illustrative purposes.
